1. Send a large file
In Gmail, attachments up to 25 MB can be sent, but if you want to send a file larger than that, Google Drive is used for that. The file to be sent to Google Drive is uploaded and attached by clicking on the drive icon in the mail compose section.
2.Advanced search option
Gmail has the option to search by sender, receiver, keyword. Advanced search can be used by clicking on the setting icon in the right side of the search bar.
3. Email mute option
Email notifications often cause disturbances. For this, Gmail has a feature to opt out of threads. This is called a mute feature. This involves opening the thread of the email and selecting the mute option by tapping on the three dots on the right side. Doing so will not disturb you when you are busy with other work.
4. Auto system
It is difficult to check and delete every email. To make this task easier, go to Settings, then Advanced Auto Advance and then Save Changes. Click on it. Then activate the General-Auto Advance-Convention-Save Changes setting.
5. Extend the time for email recall
The time default in this feature is 5 seconds, but it can be increased to 30 seconds. This can be done for 30 seconds by clicking on Settings - General Undo - Sand.
6. Email scheduling
You can use this feature to send emails at the date and time of your choice. To schedule an email, type an email and click Schedule Send instead of the Send button. Schedule the email by selecting the time and date as you wish.
7. Smart compose
Smart Compose will be typed in speed. Smart Compose is a Google Account level setting. Smart compose setting works in sign in account. Follow Settings - General - Smart Compose to enable this setting
8. Save to Google Drive
Gmail attachments can also be saved in Google Drive. To do this, scroll to the Files Attachment section. Click on the drive icon instead of the download icon.
9. Offline access
You can reply by reading emails without internet. You must bookmark mail.google.com to enable this service. This service will only work on Chrome browser. To enable it you have to click on Settings - Offline - Enable Offline Mail.
