Some ways to avoid corona ?

Today, all the states in India have been locked down due to the global epidemic of Corona. Corona cases are increasing day by day in India. The people of our country India are also afraid of going out of the country. However, for some reason they have to go out of the country. It hurts to see the stories, posts and statuses of friends or relatives on social media and Khumbaj is afraid that we will lose Corona. Movies from the hospital can be seen all around. The screams of the patients can be heard.

In times of lockdown, everyone is safe at home. Yet for some reason or another you have to go to the market to buy something. In that case, we may be in danger of losing our corona. And even if Corona is gone, we don't know it.

This post provides information on whether or not we have coronary heart disease, and what to do if it occurs, when to go to the hospital, and what to do to treat it at home.

 1) Necessary medical kit for Corona at home

If we want to treat corona sitting at home, it is mandatory to keep some of the following  items  and  medicines  at  home. Those medicines and items will also be available at any nearby medical store.

 - Paracetamol

 - Betadine Gargle for Mouthwash

 - Vitamins C and D

 - B Complex

 - Steam capsule

 - Pulse oxometer

 - Oxygen cylinder in case of emergency

 - Do deep breathing exercises

 2) The three phases of the corona

Usually occurs in three stages of corona. Which is as follows.

Corona in the nose only

The recovery time in this takes half a day. It does not usually have a fever. This condition is called asymptomatic. These include nasal sprays and vitamin-C treatment.

A sore throat

The recovery time is one day. To treat this, rinse with warm water, drink hot water and take paracetamol if you have a fever. If you have more problems, take vitamin C, B complex and antibiotics.

Cough in the lungs

This takes 4 to 5 days to recover. Treatment includes rinsing with warm water, taking hot water, taking vitamin C, B complex, paracetamol and lemon juice with hot water, measuring oxygen with an oximeter. Doing deep breathing exercises. If the problem is more, order an oxygen cylinder and consult a doctor online.

3) The stage of hospitalization

If we have corona and it becomes difficult to treat at home, when to take a corona infected patient to the hospital is as follows.

Keep checking the oxygen level through the oxometer.  If it goes to 92 or below and you have symptoms of corona (such as fever, shortness of breath, etc.) then you need an oxygen cylinder. For this, contact the nearest health center or seek advice.

4) Be so careful

Corana viruses have a pH value of 5.5 to 8.5.  So to eliminate the virus, we need to eat more alkaline foods than the virus's activation level, such as bananas, green lemons 9.5 pH, avocado 15.6 pH, yellow lemons 8.2 pH, garlic 13.2 pH, mango 8.7 pH, pineapple 12.7 pH,  22.7 pH, orange has a pH of 9.2.

5) How do you know if you have a coronary heart disease?
